Are there any plans to include other Harbors?  I am interested in having Seattle if anyone can direct me on how I can incorporate this in 2008...

You can do so - search for Content Creation Contest (CCC)! :doh: - but only for the latest version SSE, not SS08. Sorry... :'(

Might I point out that you cannot add a new environment to SS08. The Content Creation Contest is for Ship Simulator Extremes only :)
