« on: September 01, 2010, 00:08:21 »

in the free roam ship selection screen... try it!

I was setting up a free roam in heavy weather, but wanted to swap out for a different ship, then i hit ship preview, and on a whim, i gave her full throttle and waited... and what'do ya know.. she started sailing.

 is it bothering you that much that i said drive and not sail, navigate, pilot, or command?

i come from a pleasure craft background, and im used to saying drive the boat (or jetski)... its second nature to me.. granted i know its not correct for large ships....

Cool thing about this is that you can change the wind (waves) and weather/time conditions as well while the ship is there as preview :).

Looks a bit funny if you change the waves really fast though.
