Ahwell, since steam (after 100+ bought games) has failed me...
I am asking my money back and gonna buy the donator version here.

All these errors and troubles...
I don't wanna have that again when the next updates come.
So yeh, maybe a tip to other steam users, just submit a question to the sales support, this now is a broken game...
apperately the pre-order rules should apply to it now. (so we can get our money back ;D)

can't wait to go sailing :D (since this time it seems to be closer to a simulator then ever)

@myself, ah what the hell, buying donation version now, will wait for steam to pay back later... otherwise ill have a spare copy xD

its awsom (except for the bugs),
got it running on high

its certainly different from ship sim 2006 (only played 2008 for a day or something at someone else's place)
I'll be having a lot of fun with this,
and i will be hosting a 24/7 server soon on my own server :)

my system:
laptop - acer aspire 7540G
amd turion x2 2.2ghz
4gb ram
5670 1gb

runs smooth :D
