Your game is asking you to register your licence key on the forums here. To do this, follow the instructions below which are taken from the FAQ's:
How do I enter my license key into my account?
Click on Profile and scroll down. Here you can enter all your license keys. Remember: you need to activate your license keys to get access to specified forums for the shipsim version you have!This should resolve any in-game login issues
Once your licence key is entered, you will also have access to the Technical Support board on these forums, if you have any
other issues regarding this, please post them in Technical Support
