Titanic-in-color.com (http://titanic-in-color.com/) has blown me away
Take a look at their Titanic images for yourself! http://titanic-in-color.com/english/titanic/index.php (http://titanic-in-color.com/english/titanic/index.php)
They have colored several old images of the Titanic based on a ton of research, and it comes out looking spectacular! Some colored pictures are of places viewable in Ship Simulator, such as Titanic's navigating bridge and the second class entrance interior (at C-deck) (http://titanic-in-color.com/colores/Seconda.jpg) Furthermore, the "Other Photos" tab at the bottom of the Titanic section of the website shows several exterior images of the ship.
I have not known of this site for more than a day, but it has thoroughly blown my mind!
And just recently, I realized that this makes for a great standard by which to compare the Ship Simulator Titanic. As you can see, just about the only difference between these images and Ship Simulator, inside and out, is how they are lit and the quality of the camera. Great job, Vstep and Jason!
