SSE has a few fictional ships like the Ocean Star (Renamed to Orient Star (designed from Carnival Legend), and no news of actual Cruise ships in SSE, like QM2. Right now the only passenger ship with an actual voyage (cruise) is in SS08, and it is Titanic, but she was pulled out of the initial release of SSE.

Matt, why was Titanic pulled out of the original release?
Lots of people were making comments against her wanting her pulled from the initial game, and I suggested she be put in an expansion pack, but all wanted her in Shipyard. Frank, if you are listening, help us out, was Titanic pulled out?

I don't think he's going to tell you, whether he knows or not.

I don't think Frank has said much at al since E3 Games show thingy...

Maybe he is still getting over 'flamethrower guy'...

*note: We do not have flamethrowers in game.

Would be nice to have another DD at least... maybe some more pics... but we move away from the topic...

We do have the Ocean/Orient Star now in game for cruises, and the PoR is a Cruise-ferry so could be used as well...

Hello!

I can't bellive my eyes. So the true is Titanic is pulled from the game??

That can't be true! It can't, IT'S UNPOSSIBLE! NO, NO, NO, NO!!!!

There was only 2 cruise liners and now ONE IS OUT??

I really hope that's a lye! A true lye, it can't be true!! Oh god no... one cruise ship... :'( >:( :-[ :-\

Ocean/Orient star is the only cruise ship, Titanic is an ocean liner ( it was ), and the Pride Of Rotterdam is a Ferry, even it can take a place on cruises...

Kind regards!

No,No, No

There is no confirmation either way - it may be in, it may not be in - no-one knows*...

In an older Mark’s interview, he has said that Titanic will be in the game.
Titanic must BE in the game. The Titanic lovers must express our opinion to be in. It’s not right a historical ship to be pulled from the game. We must complain to VSTEP.

As rightly stated no one really knows.

If it's in then it's in, if it's not then it's not too bad, you know that it will just be released later on.
And possibly even better than before, surely that's something to look forward to? Because you can guarantee that VSTEP are working hard to possibly improve it, or change a few things.
So they aren't "pulling" it from the game, it's better to think of it as a minor restoration. So it wouldn't be entirely fair to complain to VSTEP, if they're trying their hardest to make it better. If they were completely removing it forever then that may cause for a tiny complaint, but personally I don't see anything wrong.

Please don't get it confused! Like I said if it's not released in the main game then it will be later on as an Add-on pack.
As they say, it's better late than never!

Kind Regards

Matthew
