Hi all, in order to prevent myself from making 82397234894 different topics for each project, why not have one for all of them? I'll post updates on various projects as I feel necessary. Here's something that I'm going to probably restart on because I feel that I could do better than I did. Let me know if you guys think I should restart it:

I was actually planning to have this developed for something, either SS or VS, but know I can do a lot better than this, so please leave feedback to help for a next model. (PS. for those who wonder, this is a completely random vessel that doesn't belong to a specific class or genre, but I was calling it a yacht)

Thanks, TFM.

The best is yet to come, as always. I'm really considering modeling a RIB/RHIB or Anfinn's boat, Lukka. One of the three. I was inspired when I was on board the replica of a boat from the American Revolution, there were some RIBs next to us so I looked at it and I was amazed at the amount of detail I could put into it with some pictures, and Anfinn's boat looks really nice, so it'll be a hard choice. :)

Is it optical illusion or are the windows off scale compared to the railing on the foc'sle?

Same thing.  Either it has 2 floors inside that structure but then no captain will fit in there, or it has 1 floor but then the windows are oddly small & why need it to be 2 tiered?

With all do respect, but what's the point of posting models that you aren't going to finish?

If you want to impress people with your modelling skills, you need to post quality models that are finished instead of 82397234894 medium quality unfinished projects  :-\

Just to show them what I was working on. I was going to finish it but I decided not to. By the way Ballast, I'd like to see you find 10 projects on this forum that I haven't finished. Wave Commander doesn't count because I did finish her and get her in VS.

If a project is serious, then I'll say so. Sometimes modelers model just because they're bored. This was my cause here. :)

I think there're more than 10 unfinished projects hiding in the forum forest, some are even running since 2008.
If you say that WC is finished (finished = playable in VS), then you can finish in that way almost any of your project, like "It's at 40 - 50% modeled from original, converted & now you can play it".
