Seems like a dodgy connection between the screen and PC...

Have you checked the connection between the computer and screen? Try turning off the screen and then switch it back on

Does it have more than one connection point for the screen, some computers come with both integrated graphic card on the motherboard and one graphic card in a PCIe slot.
If there's more then one place to connect the screen, have you tried all of them?

A Blue Screen may be a hardware failure or a software failure. Since you said that the computer didn't communicated to the screen, it may be a graphic card problem, for example. We need more data to help you. Does the computer beeps when you start it?
