Yeah, Someone is banned and someone joins just not long after a banned member. The Forum always gets new members anytime, including a ban prior to someone joining. MVEsperanza could just be another person who is a fan of the Greenpeace Esperanza. Who knows, there could be thousands of Esperanza fans.

But I also know that if one returns as "new" member, sincerely apologies & tells them to not reveal to public who he was before, they'll keep it in secret.
