Just thought maybe some of you may be interested in this collection of ship photo's and 5 time lapsed video's of real life river transits, all taken from a Houston Ship Channel Pilot's perspective. Enjoy!

Hi Sosa,
What a remarkable set of photos and videos. It is many years since I used to call at Houston, the bridges in your pictures were not there then. :P My ships used to call at Manchester Terminal to load carbon black in bags, cotton and occasionally zinc ingots amongst other items. Very often to be taken to Manchester in UK via the Manchester ship canal. Thanks for stirring some memories for me. Is the USS "Texas" still there near the Lone Star memorial? Oops, I have just found your picture of her so obviously she still occupies her place on the side of the Channel.

Angus.

Glad you all like them, though I can't take the credit for them. I just happen to find them myself and thought I'd share the link.
