THRUSTER???

HELLO people i have some questions about the game that i can't easily understand..firtst of all what's thruster in game??secondly how do we use the anchor??is there a button on the keyboard??thirdly what's the towline and how do we use it??? ???forgive me if i made any spelling mistakes..

Most of what you describe is actually controlled by the mouse from the menu bar in the bottom-right of the screen. The main 'thrusters' and bow thrusters can either be controlled from the bridge, or the ship controls in the bottom-left of the screen.

Oh, and a special hello to to our fellow Brits in the British Indian Ocean Territory and other Crown Dependencies.  :)

thx m8 buy i still can't understand what the thruster is :-\ ???....i found how to use the anchor though 8)

I think what Orinoco was trying to say was there are two kinds of 'thrusters' on each boat. The first, being the actual propellers that drive the boat. Secondly the thruster mounted in the bows enables you to move the front of the boat. There is a propeller mounted sideways (like a huge hole from one side of the bows to the other with a propeller in the middle) and when turning one way makes the boat move. Can be useful for mooring in tight situations.

EDIT: Sorry not all boats have a bow thruster although most of them do  :)

As far as I know (somebody please correct me if I'm wrong) but there isn't a button for the anchor. you can only do this by clicking on the mooring icon and clicking anchor.
