Hi captb,

That's actually a pretty well known fact, indeed. Not wanting to burst your bubble, but it IS a real vessel, not even based off, it's got a real life counterpart.

Many ships in the game are real vessels.

And that's not the only one from Fairmount either, the Sherpa..., she has a load of sisters that are all pretty much the same, like the Summit, the Alpine, the Glacier, and Expedition.

There are also some young members who claim that Titanic was a real ship. They usually have â€œTitanicâ€ in their names; so they have a vested interest in perpetuating that myth.

Pride of Rotterdam isn't based off of the Pride of Hull. PoR and PoH are both real life ships, twins you could say.

I must say that when I woke up this morning & after playing with a some kind of a 4-funneled ship in Ship Simulator, I went to Google & just out of boredom typed "Titanic" (I think that's the right word)... I can't express the thing how I was surprised when I found out that there was a ship with the same name & which was totally based off that ship from SS I played this morning!
