Question about registration in "the shipyard"
« on: January 21, 2010, 21:08:09 »

Does anyone know how long it is supposed to take to get the activation Email in order to make a purchase in the shipyard? The reason I am asking is it says that the Email has been sent but when I check it's not there. Not in my spam folder or anywhere else? Thanks ahead of time and sorry if this is the wrong place for this question.

If the 2nd try doesn't work, you can contact Vstep about it. I'm not sure if the forum admin has any rights on that part of the website.

You can contact Vstep here

HI weejam

I'm pretty sure they don't. I was just curious as to how long it takes to get the activation Email. I tried reregestering but it says that that my Email adress is already in the system. I gues I will just keep hitting the send another Email until something happens or I hear from Vstep. Again, thanks.

I apprecaiate it TJK but I have looked there also. But thanks anyway.

Thanks for all the help but I think I am going to take the few dollars and go buy a beer for now. They might have problems on that end so I'll try in a couple 'a days.

Hi Weejam,

I'll check it out for you, see if there has been a problem.

I'll let you know what's going on as soon as I know something.

Kind Regards,

Thanks Mad_Fred. I got up this morning and still nothing in the Email. I did however notice there is a option on the registration page that reads "I have registered and not recieved the application Email" and when I click on it it gives me "this webpage cannot be displayed" screen like the servers may be down on VSTEP's end.

I would just like to say again, thanks for all the help everyone has given.

I have recieved an email from vstep and it appears that the problem lies on my end in my email adress. For whatever reason, my domain is keeping it from going into my mailbox and marking it as spam. It's not showing up as such in my spam box but I beleive I will have to have a "little discussion" with them, if ya know what I mean. Thanks to everyone.
