I wouldn't think its would be the actual cover

First of all, the font, it isnt the same as how it should be..

Also I wouldn't think VSTEP would have just a battleship on the front cover as it creates the intention that the game is about war and war vessels. If I had never heard of the game and saw that in the shop, my first thought would be its a war game..

Also it hasnt got any other things added to it like the VSTEP logo etc

ShipSim2006 had the Titanic on the cover, and i still bought it...  :'(

It obviously will be..

But I know someone who is using Windows 7 and Ship Sim 2008 is working perfectly on it..

Well it works with some and it doesnt with others, but he is using windows 7 and it works fine, so dont argue

The requirements its a copy from SS08 requirements.
SSE will have a higer requirements than SS08. Soo the info its fake soo far  ;)

It may be the same the size of it may be comprimated but as you say it's probealby higher requierments for SSE.
