Red funnel (56k Warning)
« on: January 16, 2010, 09:02:54 »

Today i'll be going to watch pompy v  Birmingham City so i will be traveling on the one of the raptures, either red eagle, red osprey or red falcon. i will take some pics for you guys to see however, they possibly won't be very good because i will use the camera on my phone also at the moment it is raining quite heavily. maby it will clear up within the next hour

i will update this when i get back which will be later today

Looking forward to seeing the pics

the rain does look to be moving away from Cowes/Southampton, so you could be in luck

depends which route,

Fishbourne - Portsmouth
The saint class are getting a bit old and rusty these days well apart from clare,

Ryde - Portsmouth
Has the new Wight Ryders they are slower than fastcat shank and ryde and the seats are less comftable

Yarmouth - lymington
The new Wight class ferries are alot nicer than the old c class but the speed restrictions in the lymington river lets the service down.

i'd have to say that my favourite service is either the Red Jet's or the Fishbourne -
Portsmouth
