hello, I sign on, and start playing, others players, can see me, but i cant see them?  PLEASE HELP ME, Im loosing hope.  One player even attempted to damage me at my own permission to see if it registered me, it didnt do anything they can see and hear me, but cannot sea them

Hi,

There perhaps was a server bug floating about maybe. I know that happens from time to time. The VSTEP servers are quite buggy at the minute.

If you ask the same question in the tech support section, someone there might be able to point you in the right direction

joust log out of the server and log into it again, try to log into the server with another ship. if it not help restart pc and try again, that's only way to get you ship back

hey, and thanks for the support, I have been in all the available servers, and this has been happening for days straight. How can i create a new player account, my computer had problems when i first started with ship sim, and it removed data, so i had to reinstall more problems i know, i had all my stars and stuff they stayed there, but missions were still available.  Is there anyway I can start completely 100% fresh, I haven't played for about 3 months now, I NEED SHIP SIM BACK, lol.

joust go into you game profile delete the old one and make a new one, and you most add you license key into you profile here http://80.95.161.114/shipsim/forum/index.php?action=profile to play online
and you can delete you profile here and make a new one, see after delete this account in you profile

BDW if you used the recower password http://80.95.161.114/shipsim/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=34071

you will get a mail from shipsimforum with a link were you can make a new password on that acount, if you not get one, look into spam mail
If it not works try to PM an administrator like Mad_Fred http://80.95.161.114/shipsim/forum/index.php?action=pm;sa=send;u=14799  and he will help you

must i delete my old account before i register my new one?  How can I get my password back so that I can delete my old one?  I have received absolutely no mail, or spam to recover my password.  Thanks Steve

Try again, log out and click on forgot password and add you forum name or the email address you registered that account with

Yes, cos you can't add you key into you profile before it have been deleted  from the old one

If you have sent it he will get it, but have you add ed in the pm menu that all pm's shall be saved in the out box, if not you will not see it
