3ds max, cinema 4d, but shipsim08 is unmoddable (un moddificatable) in other words, you can't edit game
if you also weren't planning to change the game, you can get it by going to the homepages of 3ds max and cinema 4d, typ it on google, and you will get the main results

you can purchase the software, but it is very expensive (it's up to 400 euro's)
you can get it illegaly with download programs such as ares or server name removed or something like that ( i hope i may say that)

You know I can not believe all the crying and B.S. about this patch. Please do not get me wrong but I too would love the patch and am finding the simulation boring with out it. However I am sure it will be worth the wait. I for one would want it correct and not full of other bugs. After reading all this complaining I have a sujestion. If you are so unhappy that you spend all your day on line crying why not return the game and get your money back and move on with your life. This is just a simulation and speaks volumes that you all need to get a real life. Keep up the good work Vstep. I for one will take the patch when it comes and will continue to support your effort. In the mean time will fly around the area in FS and find good ports.

with the patch you can upload your game score, it will display the things were you are good into

yup, slow connection, your modem is overloaded probaly, (if you got one, try to switch it off and then on, if it is possible
