Are we not starting to beat a dead horse so to speak.  Guys this is just a game. I would love to have all the things that the patch will fix but would much rather have it correct than have one released that does not do what they say it will do. This program is in its early stages and seams to me to have come a long way. I support them and will continue to do so as long as they continue to put forth the effort to make a good ship simulator. :-\

I agree that we should be patient. Look at it this way - it is far better to have to wait a few days more and get a good piece of code than have a bunch of problems from something that was 'on time'.

I ain't a programmer but I know enough from open source flight sims to see that this is a complicated piece of work too. To try and replicate complex physics with a few algorithims is almost like trying to play God - but with a whole lot less stuff to work with. I hope the Shipsim team keep going until it is right rather than giving in to pressure to produce a quick fix.

bat as soon as that @#$% school begins i don't have a lot of time anymore, and first i thought when i came back from hollyday that i could emidiatly install the patch so that i have a nice game to play for the last weeks

i went back to school 20th August after two months of summer vacation...its hard to get out of bed early again after sleeping away half of the days in the vacation :D

I must go to school next thursday. but school ends alway at 1.20 pm so i've got enough time to play  :)

I have to wakeup at 6AM and then I get home at around 3. But on fridays we get out at noon and i would be home 2 hours early. Perfect quiet SS playing time. :)

I get up at 5AM and I'm home at 6 PM, school ain't as bad as work, well besides the money ;)

You have alot of time to play shipsim, just organize your time better  ;)

So if multiplayer patch is going to be realesed in end of this year then what kind patch is going to be realesed in 31st August?  ???

The patch who will be released 31st will fix some bugs and add a hovercraft and jetski...and it will also make it possible to sink ;)
