Sorry to interrupt the voting topic but the picture is taken at Harlingen, up north in the Netherlands. The salvage contract was awarded to Svitzer who sended the Svitzer Marken to the job. The Svitzer Marken normally operates in IJmuiden and Amsterdam.

The Svitzer Marken is now temporary chartered by the Dutch goverment as stand-by vessel since the Waker is out of business. The Waker was also owned by Svitzer but was a dedicated stand-by vessel, chartered by the Dutch coast guard.
