SSE interview
« on: November 09, 2009, 18:57:07 »

Apologies if this is a double post, but I couldn't find anything else on it- surprising.

http://games.on.net/article/7329/A_quick_chat_with_VSTEP_Ship_Simulator_Extremes

Seen it? 'Campaigns' rather than individual missions. Souns interesting.

I see no mention of Dover - Calais in the same environment so I presume this will be a hidden feature accessable only by cheat codes...

That is sounding like an excellent interview, and we got a tiny bit of insight of SSe, like Esperanza, and RWIII, but not the third GP vessel to be there, the Billy G. No word f the Dover Calais I seen in your post and in the interview. Hopefully, when we start getting the game after release, we can find that answer

Ship Simulator Extremes is expected to release on PC through Paradox Interactive in April, 2010.

If SSE is to be released in First Quarter it has to be in January to March, and SSE is releasing in 2nd quarter and end of 1st third of 2010, which is the correct release ???

I wouldn't mind if it'll be released even at the end of 2010 - more time for them to put some more ships/environments, check the game (especially missions) for bugs...

Knowing Vstep, i wouldnt focus too much on the release date!

As WM says; the more they work on it, the better it is for us!  ;D :2thumbs:

I'm not even talking about how great the game will be for us if it'll be released in 5 years!  ;D

I first wanted to suggest Rotterdam - to San Francisco via Cape Horn in the same environment but you would need a hell of a computer for that  :P

If Stu can't fix it, nobody can!

I think  Sydney - Perth via Panama canal & Suez canal in the same environment  won't hurt...     Stu!

At the risk of this getting silly, can I just point out that there is nowhere on earth outside of Dover - Calais in the same environment

I like the thing that when I'm too bored/annoyed to repeat one & the same to one (& the same!) kind of people, somebody does the work for me.  ;D
