When downloading, it reaches 95% than the next download reaches 97%. The game shows up and can be played, but missing some graphics (controls, words, option boxes). Please Help.

Hi whalerman,
It sounds like your internet connection may be too slow to download a large file, or, your computer could be below the specifications.
If your internet connection is too slow then all I can say is contact your service provider and complain.

If you think you may have a problem with your computer and it's specifications then register your game on this forum and go to 'Technical Support'. We will do our best to help you.
