hi i have just got a new laptop running vista home prem with 3gig of ram and a nvidia g force 8400m g  card .when i run shipsim 2008 with out the 1.4 up date it plays well and the frame rate is very good but when i install the 1.4 update the fr is very slow and sticky could it be the update or the laptop........ thanks tim

Hi skipper tim,

If you go over to 'Technical Support' and have a look at the stickys at the top then you may be able to sort your problem out. Terry and DJM have supplied a lot of information that could help you.
