I do play BF2 and 2142 actually, I also run my own 'dedicated' servers for the games

Check out my BF 2 video here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bw1w_4Q3JD0), this was done using Fraps

Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean by 'elchader', is this a multiplayer-type thing like X-Fire? I only use the in-game browser, but I can setup my server if you want, passworded if necessary

As you can see, we were going way off-topic, so I split the topic from the deviation point

Anyway, back to New subject

I am quite happy to setup my server/s anytime. The unlocks situation may need further looking into:

I can grant a 'Tier-1' unlock ability for ALL players on BF 2142, but BF 2 will only allow me a 'Yes' or 'No' answer to allowing global unlocks. Allowing global unlocks when some players may not have a great choice of unlocked abilities/weapons, may be unfair.

We will have to work this out

and maybe one map??? Strike at Karkand. 99 rounds because the load time is ver very very long

99 rounds

I think that is asking a lot, 1 map and 99 rounds. I don't know about anyone else, but I would get extremely bored, extremely quickly with that setup

99 rounds is fine by me, i hate the long loading times of maps and usualy when i play a certain map i want to play it a long time.

But with unlocks turned on

I dont have 2142 because I dont like sci fi games.

I only play: BF2, Counterstrike:Source , FS2004 and Shipsim2008 offcourse plus some other games like BF1942, BF:Vietnam and Silent Hunter 3...

I have also done instructions for 'Dedicated Server Setup', but I cannot upload it here, it's too big
