Just a random question, but whats your favourite boat/ship movie and also give your reasons why?

Spiderman? i was kinda thinking more like films such as:
Ghost Ship
The Perfect Storm
Moby Dick
Pirates Of The Carribean

Films where they are kinda more ship/boat based

Ferry Man:

Ghost ship is an excellent film i did have it but when i split with my ex she kinda stole it the little bleeder lol so i think ill have to buy it from amazon.co.uk should be pretty cheap now. Anyways you gotta watch ghost ship its an amazing film with a good story line, theres a group of salvages who salvage things from the sea when they get told about a ship that re appeared so they goto salvage that. Aint gonna say no more as it will spoil it for when you watch it.

The perfect storm is another great film about a group of swordfish fisherman who go further then they should and get caught up in a storm based on a true story, sounds not good but all those who have boats or play ship simulators will love that film also.

Pirates of the caribean is one of my favourite films and proberly one of the best films by disney! Great ships great story an all time film with two follow on films and i believe there making a 3rd which would be the fourth film of pirates of the carribean.

Moby dick is still a film i wanna see based on a true story yet again has anyone seen this and would you suggest watching it?

Titanic (1997)
Poseidon (2006)
Ghost Ship (2002)

I didn't watch Poseidon and Ghost Ship but from watching videos on YouTube, I really want to watch them

Haven't seen too many boat/ship movies, but "Das Boot" is the best so far..

edit: just remembered: "The African Queen" was a nice movie..

I only know one ''good'' boat movie or a movie i care about and that is Baltic Storm it's an film about Jutta Rabe and her investigation of M/S Estonia and that movies is baned to be showed on cinemas in sweden a realy good movie

GÃ¶ta kanal

It's a swedish movie about two boats with crew that's travelling the GÃ¶ta kanal in Sweden, but actually it isn't really good!

But well, you watch everything with boats in right
