Tbh Geop, I won't be worrying, as extended support is carrying on until 2020, so security updates will carry on and thats the most important thing for me

however if you do have a problem you will have to pay for official Microsoft support, which is a bit annoying

You can still get advice from blogs and forums though
Mind you, we still have Windows 97 on one of our desktop office computers, and it still works fine (however it was disconnected from the internet a few years back so that has probably prolonged its life a little)!

The other desktop has XP on it and our laptop (from which I am typing from) is W7.
