when i tried to get sse from the website, i had to give them my email address.
they were supposed to e-mail me within a week, saying my website account was accepted, but after a month of waiting, they never sent me the message.

so i got the steam version from ebay.

to this day, i never got that email.

The reason i didnt do it on amazon or any other website becasue the game was like 5 dollers and i didnt trust it so i did it from here

BTW i live in illinoise middle of the united states  ;)

if i dont get anything after 2 weeks im just going to get it from steam....the download version of course i dont want to wait another week or so

DON'T GET IT FROM STEAM! gettings SSE from steam is like dividing by 0, you just don't do it.

It isnt that bad i did it and it works the same as the others .. just you may have to wait a little longer for things but it updates itself and somtimes you get updates earlyr then others

i'm guessing all sse games take the same amount of time to download.

the steam version updates automatically, but if an add-on or dlc pack comes out, it takes awhile for the steam version to come.

when the ferry pack came out, it was the vstep version. about a month or something after it came out, the steam version arrived.

unfortunatly, when the ccc winners dlc pack comes out, i'll have to wait even longer until i can sail that wonderful oceana.
