Probably, but in general it is not as good when it is in proper working condition. About the only thing it has over my truck is a shorter wheel base and it's overall dimensions are smaller, so some of the trails I can't fit on it can. Otherwise....

This wins:

I have a fully boxed steel frame, so I'm gonna guess I can beat a C channel thin metal frame. The body might be messed up, but if you get a older ford without all the electronic controlled engine parts it would still run.

Just bare in mind that the conditions might look slightly different depending on where the picture was taken :) Ie whether it's open water or along the Coast. But either way it gives you an idea of the difference (Although having said that they all look to be at sea). I have a PDF file somewhere which is quite detailed about the Beaufort Scale, I'll try find it for you.

The sea states described in the beaufort scale (and hopefully any photos which accompany such desriptions) are all in open sea.

Hi Clanky, thanks for that, It's just I've seen some 'home made' jobs before which looked a bit dodgy.
