You just need to save it and open Kerky. Then go to File > Install Library > Locate where you saved the ZIP to and double click it. It will then install it and it will be ready to use.

Open it up, and:

Insert > Model > Basic Primitives > Right Click on 'Infinate Plane'. Then once it has appeared click on it and go to Edit > Material > Click on the top left sphere > Hover over the water pack flyout and choose what you want. The water will only appear once you render it.

Which water preset did you use? I never found the ocean one any good. Try the first few. I always found that I got the best results when taking renders from the waterline too. :)

This person does talk about cliffs of dover but i'm not sure if there is a scene of dover or maybe you have to make it yourself. Or he might be talking about something not relevant to what we are looking for..
I will check some other pages too

http://www.kerkythea.net/joomla/index.php?option=com_openwiki&Itemid=75&id=tutorials
(found tutorial page) Scroll down and it there is a link to a tutorial about how to make your own sky (backround landscape)

I will try ther same tutorial with some Dover cliff backrounds )
sounds coplicated

We should better ask someone who knows allot about kerkythea and knows how to use it

EDIT: Oh and if you want to use the backround i used for my second pic use this link:
