That's cause I don't know too much technical stuff - processors, graphics cards and such don't mean much to me...

Besides it is always friendly here  :)

Well evidently not, as some people spoil it for others.

Anyway, all friendly and calm... just how we like it :)

Thats cause that is something I do know about - ferries...

now textures on the other hand...  :-\

My downfall in the CCC will be the textures...

Edit:No worries Fred, I try to make sure I am friendly to everyone who comes here...

*Well other then the idiots who come purely in the interest in spamming...

 ;D

Don't worry too much about textures, with some guidance here and there, I reckon you'll get it sorted.

I'm still not 100% sure on the best method myself, but when I am, I'll give you some pointers if you'd like.

Thanks very much Fred...

But when you see Mr Robville's Cruise Liner... its just... Epic

(and not in a Norwegian Epic way)

My money is on him to get top spot...

Well he certainly has a talent for stuff like that. His model is very impressive and providing he sticks to the guidelines he may very well be in for a fighting chance :)

Good luck to him I'd say, and the rest of you :)

"Fighting Chance"

I'd say he's a flamethower to a wooden shield... he is very talented

But I am more for the getting a good model in then anything else...

Now if only he'd done a Dover-Calais ferry...

We do indeed, which I am very happy to have in game...

and I am working on two different vessels for it...*

*Assuming I get permission for the second, but since we have Freedom 90 in, I am hopeful.

Hmmm, locked the story topic....
Don't think that's a brilliant idea.
I don't think people just boost their posts their too be honest.
In fact some of the latest stuff really made me laugh even if it is considered 'Nonsense'.
So in that case just delete really stupid things, I really don't think the whole topic should be axed as a result of a few members  :-\
It was a very good topic and a good alternative, we play that game at school and it is always fun!

I completely agree with you Matt.

Just wondering, is it even possible to unlock a topic?

Only moderators can unlock a topic.

But indeed, I don't think it should be locked.
The nonsense in the past never meant the topic got locked.
Especially over 1 member others should lose out, just needs a bit of patience thats all.

Why do some people just want a high post count?!
It's quality not quantity that really count. If some one truly wanted the highest post count, they would need a lot of spam to beat TFM.

How do Companies deal with idiots who accidentally forget to put a subject in the subject box?

*Not that I have done this, with a important E-Mail, regarding the CCC, of course...  :-[
