Fortunately...

Nothing better than being cold, wet, and slightly singed by lightning.

Hi Mike - long time no see

Yes, don't look in here very often these days! Nothing ever changes and still no sign of SSE. Also the problem of the site forgetting passwords has never been resolved. I think VStep is losing direction.

Wareham doesn't sound as exotic as the mosquito bites...

well i did go out in a friends speed boat, we went into poole harbour and around brownsea island, we grounded and the prop was shredded, just managed to return to the slip.  That's what happens when adults start talking and don't concentrate on the channel.

Another disaster in weymouth when another friend who is 9 ran into the road and was hit by a car, luckly it was going about 15mph on a coubled road and she was fine after a check up at the hospital.

can't wait for the holland trip, we have prepared ourselfs, we know what hospital is in dutch and the emergancy service is 112, i think.  :2thumbs:

our group of about 20 that we go camping with if you can tell from this is very accident prone.

ohh sorry about no pics the trip into poole was terrible and i got soaked, i did go on the bow though.

Just try to come back in one piece, without grounding any boat...

i'll try and dont worry about the prop it needed replacing after another friend took it over a shingle bank off ryde   it just gives another reason to replace it, he wants a new boat.

it's about 15 years old, i would say it's mechanicly sound however, it did die due to water getting into the air intake. he spends most his time on the engine and that sort of things, so the interior does lack what you can say... cleansiness.

apart from that she's a great boat, 90hp 2 stroke inboard 6 persons. She can hit 42mph on a calm day. however, she is a thirsty girl, 6 gallons an hour cruising at 35mph.
