I noticed a that such events happen with a regularity of one year & usually at the end of a year.
Earlier such "anarchy" was also at Christmas time in 2008 when the staff was offline celebrating it, while a lot of people used that moment & went on creating rating games - "Rate that ship/train/plane/forum game"... So we'll be ready for next Christmas.

It was most likely written in Hexadecimal...If it was numbers and letters so yea it was most likely the BSOD If you tell me the code gibby I can translate it for you...to tell you the problem
