First I was at the police Station (And don't worry, it doesn't concern myself, nor a criminal matter ;D), then was at a friends house, then I came back, and I go to my maths tutor at half 6, So it's not worth my while Nathan

I suck at math too, don't worry.

Last year I got 5 A's & 1 C, the C was almost a D in math. XD

This is my second year here, and most of the kids it is their first, so I think she is trying to make it easy since some of these kids aren't exactly happy their parents forced them here.

I would tell her about this fact, and demand you know why she has made such a serious error, and what she plans to do to rectify it...

If it's anything like British exams, the questions are so easy that whether you guess or are given the answers, the result is the same. (runs for cover from anyone 15-19) :o

Lol, I could care less, makes it easier for me, 5 less minutes I have to spend thinking.

Stu, most of our tests/quizzes are online multiple choice questions, and science is simple, and you can go back and look if you forget something.

Teachers aren't looking down my shoulder, and my parents don't care if I don't "follow the rules" directly.

Didn't know you were still at school Stuart? ::) :P

Tests are anything BUT easy :o....Why the press and news are saying otherwise, I do not know. But the exams are difficult. The majority of the time.
But, I suppose it all comes down to how much you've learnt, how much you've revised, and just whether or not you're good at the subject in hand! (EDIT: AND, if you are any good at exams themselves...I don't like them at all, but ask me to write a piece of coursework, then Thats where I'll do well ;D)

Sorry Jack, no offence.

But exams are a waste of time *IMHO*. I remember doing business A level and getting an A just for waffling on for 3 pages about how I'd set up and market a golf club... Try setting up a REAL business with 3 pages of waffle.

However, I think I should quantify my comment; I mean it more directed at the arty subjects more than sciences.

English- most A level students don't know the difference between verbs, adverbs, nouns, pronouns, slices of toast. DON'T get me started on drama and media studies

What are you studying, Jack? (PLEASE don't say drama or media studies...)

As for me being at school? Most people say "Tell you what, lad. Enjoy your school days, thay is (sic) the best days of your life, they is (sic)." (imagine that in a Derbyshire accent, with a whippet and a pint of Theakstons). I say that is total effluent and your best days are when you leave that fleapit of the education department.

BTW Do all teachers insist on being disestablishmentarianists? Hate all forms of authority, dress scruffy, learn little of their subject and display no backbone- and to top it off, they wonder WHY kids don't respect them... I have no idea...  ::)

Bravo, Bravo  ;D

I'm studying (Options): ICT, French, Geography, History. (I would of liked to of taken German, but, they only do French and Spanish at this school, and Spanish had to be dropped because not enough people would take it).
