2006 add-on with ship sim 2008

I have Ship Sim 2006 Add-On and Ship sim 2008 and followed the steps to get the ships. I then activated the free jumbo javelin ship. About a year later (Now) I cannot (Even if I reregister both 2008 and 2006 add-on) get the ships anymore?

I'm Baffled!

you most bay the New Horizon to get those ships now.
the free update are removed
