I think you mean in SS Extremes, right?

Given the many topics allready about it, maybe it's best to stick to a "SS10/SSE request topic" with these kinda questions/requests, in future events.. That way we keep the public's opinions and ideas centered.

But anyway, no one here really has an answer to your question, except the people that will not say so in the first place. 

But I reckon the second feature you mention won't be in there. There are too many important things to do besides making the game suited for better "iceberg hitting" incidents, which is what you kinda refer too, right?   

So a) maybe and b) nah..

The teaser shows quite a few lumps of ice in the water, so I bet that there will be icebergs.

what I wonder is whether these will be modelled BELOW the water line- remember a ship hits the ice BELOW the water before the structure hits the bit above the water, like in that awful Titanic film!

Yeah, no doubt about them being in the game. But wether or not they float around in Free Roam, don't know.

Good point though. I reckon the bergs are allready modeled somewhat under the waterline now, in SS08, since you can brush up against them and sink. And sinking kicks in mostly from damage under the waterline. So logic dictates there must be something there.. if only a collision model wall that is hit.. that would suffice..

And yeah..  Awful movie.

Well I didn't ever actually hit the iceberg with the Titanic either... I played with her a few times right at the start.. but don't ever use it, it's just not my type of vessel at all. But I did hit the iceberg with a sherpa in a tricky (and chilly) mission. And that was a below-the-waterline type glancing blow...  So that's why I think there's something down there..
