I definitely recommend Rockefeller Center.

It is within a few feet of the Empire State Building's height, and, in my opinion, even nicer on the inside.  Not to mention that you can watch the daily newscast. ;D

Firestar, the New World Trade Center is still under construction but you can see the first new WTC building rebuilt, the 7 WTC. Freedom Tower is still being built. Oh and hope you have fun here in my home country of America Firestar :2thumbs:  :2thumbs: :captain:  :2thumbs: :)
Oh and visit the remains of the White Star Dock where Titanic would have arrived.

Sorry...BUT very wrong...they havent started construction on the freedom tower yet that im aware of...if they have its only the foundation...because there is no new structure that is the freedom tower the only new structer over there is a tower that is being rebuilt ;)

That was what I meant. Freedom Tower Is still under construction, but it will be about as best as the 100 year anniversery of Titanic, when the last White Star Liner, SS Nomadic is completley rebuilt in time for 100 years of Titanic

Hm...if you are going by that then I live in Ireland, Netherlands, Great Britian, and America. I changed it to Irish because I have rich Irish heritage. Anyway, to clear up confusion...
Matt5674, I know that the 'freedom tower' is not nearly complete. I didn't see a need to include that. And yes, other Matt, it IS started. Check wikipedia and search youtube. By the way, it is NOT called the freedom tower anymore, they officially changed it to '1 World Trade Center'. And Capt. Matt, ass proof, here is a pic of the new 1WTC.

EDIT: 3000th post!! Woot! ;D

Get it from Amazon or the main page.

Matt, construction on the new complex started in 2005 or 2006. There was no way nothing was there. And why is there footage of the new towers?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cgfn79HoBOc&feature=related
At 00:22 you can see the 1 World Trade Center/Freedom tower in the top right corner. Also Matt, I have said many times that I live in America my whole life and am in Vermont right now. ::) :) I change my flag when I feel proud of one particular country.
