Rough seas, it brings a bit of enjoyment to a being on a ferry (I found that out on the Irish Sea in Winter 2007 going to the Isle of Man from Liverpool. :P)

although rough is certainly fun on say a ferry, from experience i can tell you that you certainly dont want rough seas on a cruise ship in the middle of the night!

I like it fairly "jolly", I enjoy the motion myself. However the ship comes over enjoyment in that situation so I wouldn't wish for bad weather as such, especially if the ship isn't built for it. ;)

Hi ALL
On they last trip I did to sea before having to retire we went through 3 hurricane's in
one month and the wind force was never less than 8 the vessel was 29mtr's in lenth
and I was first Mate of her for 11 year's.
Being in charge of 11 live's as well as you'r own in 33mtr wave's and 140knot wind's
is not to be taken lightly .
Any experienced seaman will tell you bad weather is never taken lightly.
UNLESS its on ships sim  ;D then it can be fun  :2thumbs:
