Hi pb2, welcome to the forum!

The people who post those video's on how to change the wave settings have gone against the EULA, and, That means they have: 1. lost all technical Support 2. Commited an illegal action.

Unfortunately, other than that, there is no way to change this. However, Ship Simulator 2010 (Or, Extremes, as it is called now) will be out in the first quater of next year, and, who knows what may be there

So in other words, no, you cannot change the wave settings.

Kind Regards,
Jack.

Hi pb2 and welcome.

There are other very long threads on this subject.

Just use the search function and you'll find lots of words on the subject. Many of them reflect very strong opinions, so I'll close this one before arguments break out.
