Yeah, you know those updates that you're not getting and the general silence and stuff?

That is the news about ShipSim's future.

It doesn't look too good. Though I'm not a newcomer to the sim (SS2008) I have been away for a few years. The general air around the place does not encourage me to spend on SS Extremes, but rather spend my money elsewhere.

-Adding a library of navigational aids to complete Dover strait.

-Being able to add defences between player ship and berthing wharf to prevent wecking in soft berthing condition.
-Taking the binocular and the lamps off the radar screen of the Pride of Rotterdam.
-solving the programing problem with AI ship in the Dover port because it seems that there is an invisible reference point that makes imposible to go out of the entrance in a correct way to get underway and it reduce the interaction possibilities between the player and maritime trafic.
