I know... but it was INEVITABLE that someone would make the comment at some point, so I thought I'd beat them to it. ;D

my opinion, would be that greenpeace should be is ship simulator 10 becouse i think paul watson and his crew know nothing. i think their show is cool and all but they definatly aren't professional. so my vote is greenpeace.

Its a bit old this thread so I hope you dont mind me replying, after all I havent had my opinion in this yet!

Now, the GreenPeace ship Esperanza is truly beautiful with its coloring and works hard to protect the whales.

The Steve Irwin (Sea Shepherd) looks really tough and like it means bussiness.

For me personally, Sea Shepherd goes that one step further in stopping the whalers, maybe its just me but I love it how the Steve Irwin rams gently pushes the whaling ships out of course in order to stop them achieving their goal.

And yes I think VSTEP have chosen the right option, Esperanza. But it would be a great idea to then add Sea Shepherd to the shipyard later.

Many Kind Regards

Because of her black paint job and symbol, the Steve Irwin does look mean..
But actually she is not very well equipped for icy waters..I saw an episode of Whale Wars last week, in which they were having a few very tense days while surrounded by ice that perhaps would not have worried Esperanza so much..

But esperanza is just a big billboard, they don't do anything...

Can we please add a 3rd option. The  Shonan Maru Number 2 is the one I want to captain. Have it able to actually use the harpoon, and then you have to bring your research to the factory ship, all while being harrased by the Bob Barker. Man, I can dream!

Oviously an attempt at flaming. Please everyone, just ignore it.

Actually an attempt at humor, and funny the guy who used whales to replace Wales would have a problem with something that wasn't directly associated with the discusion, but thank you for keeping my comment posted on the thread by quoting it. Sorry if I offended you.

OKay Capterik,  I misread your intent.

This has proven to be a highly contraversial subject!

Misunderstanding. Glad we've cleared it up
