Ship Simulator 2010 is currently still under Development, still in programming, as far as I'm aware? (Correct me if I'm wrong Terry/others).

According to This Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zrmXIRpn0ho - V-STEP expect early next year.

So, to answer your question, V-STEP expect Ship Simulator 2010 to be available at the early part of next year.

Still being developed.

I think that there are probably enough threads about this is existence, so I'll lock this one now.
