That's assuming that the game is even, to some point, complete! Who's to say that there isn't still coding to finish with some of the features? Or incomplete models of certain ships, environments, etc.?

I'm going to assume it will still be released summer 2010 then if and only if it does come at the end of this year then it will be a pleasant surprise.

They never said summer 2010, it was summer 2009 and Q1 2010

So Q4 is right around the middle
