That's Right!!! LlamaLord Is Back
And back with a bang! My newest vessel is going to be hosted on www.llamalord.org as well as here. The F/V Gold Standard is being developed specially for Ship Simulator, literally meaning that I am staring at the V-Step requirements while modeling every inch.
O.K. so the Gold Standard is a fictional stern trawler much like the following;
Renders will be in the following post.

I've just done some more deck work in the last few minutes so I thought I would share it.

Finally! Someone is making a Stern Trawler!!!!
Really looking forward to seeing the result of this, one of my favourite vessels. If you need any pics from here at Fleetwood, just ask, we're full of trawlers
Fantastic!
Jack.

Looking good! Hope it all goes well.
A tip: keep the poly count as low as you can while maintaining the quality and details. Shared textures, meshes etc can help a lot.

Well about that... I was working more on the bow portion today and I'm almost ready to post some more renders today. The main advantage that I have added sence those last renders is the anchor, bow winch, and railings. I just want to add a few more polygons to the chain links and then I shall display.

OK. All of my hard work over the last week is now up for show!
See if you can tell me all the changes I made.
Now you have an internal view of the Anchor winch so you can see all the detail.

Fantastic! I'm looking forward to seeing the end result, since I've always wanted to see a Stern trawler developed
Good luck with it!

LlamaLord you really have come and amazed us again. You are a very talented modeller indeed, wish I could turn out something as good as that
Well done, you should be proud of yourself!
