Greetings,
I've downloaded the demo 2008,and i started the mission with the Arie visser vessel.
Well,i had the feeling,while i was steering out of the Medina river,that i was again on that river(i was there a couple of times,so i know the spot.
This means that Vstep,has done a realy good job on the scenery to.
Everything worked out very good.No problems what so ever.

This Medina river goes from Newport(isle of Wight) to Cowes.You can see this in the new area(Solent area)in the game 2008 version.

That was a little unkind, boatman64 has only just joined the forum a matter of minutes ago, I feel sure he is not capable of learning about the set up in that time, try to remember that you too were new to all this once.

Welcome to the forum, if you wish to download the Demo version of SS2008 you go to the shipsim website and you will find it is still there for you to download and try out this very excellent simulator. You will find the website at www.shipsim.com    You will look down the left hand side  and find "Downloads" and there it is. Good luck and enjoy.
