PC problem... As usual
« on: March 27, 2009, 00:27:22 »

Hey not sure if I asked this earlier, butt since I bought this computer my wireless connection hasn't worked. So could someone go trough my dxdiag and see if somethings wrong or missing there?
After starting the comtuter the wireless works for about 10-15 minutes and after than it just shuts down

Almost certainly it's a hardware problem. It sounds like the radio circuitry is breaking down as it warms up. No fix, except a replacement PC. Sorry.

Yes. Loads of different ones available. Make sure you turn your built-in (faulty) one off, though, to avoid problems. Usually pressing FN and F11 does that, but check your user guide if not.

ok, I don't want to make a new topic for this, so I'll use this forgive me if it's bad. Anyway my friend is having an pc problem again. So he's trying to replace a file from C:\WINDOWS\System32 it's a .dll file. he presses right click and then property's on the file. then he wen't to security and pressed edit. Than he pressed full control and ok or select and get's something that's telling him what he's about to do and then he pressed ok. After that he got somekind of "error" that says windows security won't allow him to change the settings. Btw he's computers language is on danish, so I can't tell the precise name of errors and names. Please help.

You simply can't just do that. Windows locks many of the files, and it protects itself from people poking around. Even if he replaces the file, Windows is likely to spot that and then just restore it back to what it believes is the correct version.

I really would suggest that if your friend doesn't know enough about Windows to understand that, he really shouldn't be fiddling around. Almost certainly he'll end up with a non-working PC. Soon....
