I'll chip in with a hard one!

According to the most recent publicly released general arrangement plans, how many main fire zones (MFZ) does Titanic II have?

I think I'm partly to blame Fred, by saying that ship-related questions in a broad sense were ok..
Should have added 'preferably existing or existed ships'   ;D

(quote): *ships, also known as *-boats, decoy vessels, special service ships, or mystery ships, were heavily armed merchant ships with concealed weaponry, designed to lure submarines into making surface attacks. This gave *-ships the chance to open fire and sink them. The basic ethos of every *-ship was to be a wolf in sheep's clothing.

They were used by the British Royal Navy (RN) during the First World War and by both the RN and the United States Navy during the Second World War (1939–1945), as a countermeasure against German U-boats and Japanese submarines." (end quote)

What was the common name of these kind of ships..?

Nice guess, but the answer is 7. (http://media.news.com.au/fe/2012/07/titanic2plans/doc/titanic-ii-plans.pdf) The main fire zones are labeled under the modernized (though the design's been changed since then) side profile.

According to saltydog's first post, i should say the quiz's ansewer after 2 hours  :(

- a question stays for 2 hours..If after this time no correct answer is given, anyone can go next

Well the ship is called Katherine and crashed with Baru Satu near Andros island at 4/7/2013 (see picture 2&3)
Now it's at my hometown's shipyards  ;D (see picture 4)

Hi GeoP17, you don't have to give the answer after 2 hours, it just means anyone can post a new one after that time..

The 2-hour rule is there for the following reasons:
 - Someone posts a question, then forgets all about it until a few days later (while everyone is waiting)
 - Someone gives a correct answer, gets the 'green light', but does not post a new question..

Hope this doesn't stop you from playing, just leave your next question on a bit longer.. :)
Greetings, salty
