I don't see nothing wrong at all on the Queen Victoria.

i used special tools to zoom in
and it looks to me that the ship is Queen Elizabeth (new)
but i'm not sure, i could also be wrong

and that some of the lower deck windows are black

YES! YES!
i got it and i know its right!!!!
the queen victoria image has been lengthened and made longer!
i checked, the queen victoria only got 8 big lifeboats on each side
so 4 at the front and 4 at the back!
in the  image you showed us is 6 at the front and 4!
thats why there is a box above the ship, thats because he cut and paste and added a section between so the ship is longer
i think i am right!
here is a image of the real queen vic with only 8 on each side (4 fron and 4back) and not 6!!

am i right ryan?

That sure is NOT QE, if you look closer there are some slight differences between the 2 sisterships.

The main difference is the stern, the Queen Victoria has a less-rounded stern than that of her sistership..

And yes Ryan, encore..   Your questions are great fun.. :)
