The answer was the Arcadia,

At first I thought it might be the Aurora, but found it was her sistership Arcadia..  ;D

It's a "sounding catamaran". It uses sonar to measure/survey the depths of waterways and coastal waters..

It is actually a transom / cruiser hybrid, the underwater section is a transom stern which is necessary because of the pods and they have added a cruiser stern section above the water line to try and make her look a bit more like an old fashioned liner and less like a floating apartment block. modern cruise ship.

Wikipedia calls it a Constanzi Stern, which is a mix of a transom stern and a ocean liner stern, but you can go :2thumbs:
