No wonder, without the mention of DCITSE in SSE & here on forum - Ferryman's question could be the same "local" as asking about which AHTS is currently under repair on shiprepair yard "Pregol", not so far from here...

The answer will be: Lukoil's Neftegaz-31  (BTW, the ship on the right in my sig).

The answer to my earlier question was the USS Kearsage, crane capacity 250 tons.. :)

If its PO then its Dover or Calais (the ships, not the same environment)
If its SeaChance then its probably... all of them?

And the answer is?

This one is bugging me and TFL is still not giving a clue. No info on the internet; from memory, it seems most of them have run for a period with a defect; one of POs recent rebuilds ran (in its previous guise) for nearly a year on 3 engines. Confidence inspiring

The Answer was the Pride of Dover

In fatc due to this she has taken over from Burgundy as offering the cheap crossing with no onboard luxuries

Ah yes, the Burgundy... THe ship designed to make every other ship on the planet seem good... What a difference between that appaling tub and her two 'step'sisters.

I was actually thinking more along the lines of operator, year of build, place of build, name, wikipedia page URL
