Arctic Corsair

On 14 Sept 1967 she collided with the Collier Olive off Dunscansby Head whilst heading home from Greenland, both vessels headed for Wick but the Arctic Corsair had to be beached to save her, she had temporary repairs and returned to Hull.

Right vessel - but the photo is much more recent. She is shown being towed into the River Hull to her current berth as a floating museum to deep sea fishing on 22/07/97. And if you get the chance to visit her it is well worth it!
