You'll need a roadie, someone to drive the tour bus to the gig, load in, bass tech for soundcheck, security during gig, load out, drive to next gig... that would be my dream job  8)

You're probably thinking of Naval Architect?  A course like this one might be something to consider:

Nice place to learn the trade, Bass Strait...

Well,

I want to go to the Nautical College here in Fleetwood, study for a few years, get my first certificate, then by 26, I should have my Masters certificate (thats what they told me at the College if I work hard!), I'm looking at Rig supply/tugs etc.

That's my dream job ;D

Jack.

From the time I was a kid, I used to say I wanted to be a subway(metro) train driver (operator). Twenty five years ago I left the job I had and went after my goal. And I've enjoyed going to work every single day since. My point (especially to the younger folks) is, if you have a dream job, by all means go for it. The feeling of satisfaction, accomplishment and well being is beyond description.

I always wanted to become a captain... but first I will qualify myself as a truck driver and than I have two options left. 1) captain (4 years of studying), or 2) a firefighter (2 years of studying).
I still don't know which of those two lasts job I would like to choose.

First officer, captain is to much work  :P

The loan of a captain is higher, but there still is something else in life then money.
